Shibumi is an intimate 40 seat Japanese restaurant and bar located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.  Guests are invited to enjoy a unique and rare selection of beverages paired with seasonal offerings. The program begins with the highest quality local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. And it finishes with skillful arrangement on handmade ceramics atop a 400-year old cypress counter.

After training under master sushi chef Masa Takayama for years, chef David Schlosser opened one of the country's only Kappo omakases at his Michelin-starred restaurant Shibumi in Los Angeles.
